Welcome Jackie In honour (or panic to be truthful) of hubby coming back from a business trip, I'm cleaning the house. Just found pine needles and a Christmas card down the sofa and discovered that my stair carpet is cream not grey! This is way too addictive! lol Daisy

Hi Jackie, Only just noticed your thread. Nice to meet you. I've been with GR since July last year but spent the first couple of months doing just the family research. Made incredible progress till October, then it all tailed off, so I drifted into here and stayed. You're not alone in ignoring the housework. I've been creating a new story - 'Filthy Hovel - The Revenge'. Really must get off my butt and do some spring-cleaning. The garden could do with some attention too. Been good this morning, though. Cleaned the kitchen, done some laundry, made bread and lots of soup. Hang onto your hat if you're here this evening. We've had fireworks the last two Fridays! Nuff said. CB >|<

I'm going to be in so much trouble. Not only that, but I'm clearly not cut out for this cleaning lark cos I squirted Cif in my eye. Just waiting for the eye mask to be sufficiently cold and will then lie down for 10 mins. What a fab idea!! lol Daisy
