Hi Ann, as I am here will reply!!

Some of the ladies from Heathers site join in the ATC swap.
Weather here is just horrible today, was lovely and sunny at 6am by 9am it was raining and very windy and has been like it on and off all day,

Good evening to you all and have received my lovely ATCs, many thanks to all involved in the swap.
Lambs are doing very well and just bottle feeding four, the orphan two, now called Lucy(after her mum) and Lottie follow me all around the field. They don't understand why the other lambs have mums with four legs when their mum walks on just two :))))) As soon as they hear my voice they start calling for me and they are so cute.
The day seem to fly past as making bottles every three hours and then spending time with the little ones trying to get them to go out into the field and mix with the other lambs.
Kelly arrives on Monday with Rémi so another baby to cuddle:)))Rémi is 9 months on the 1st and I am sure I will see a big difference .
Hope you are all keeping well and having a good weekend

xx Jill

Jo, thanks for that.

Jill, the lambs sound adorable. I am sure you will enjoy your time with Remi, they don't stay tiny for very long so make the most of it. My first 'baby' grandson is now 19 and towers over me, as do the second and third and the fourth is not much shorter than me either!!!

Hi all,
I would love to see Jill's lambs and to see them springing around after their new mum. It will be nice for Jill to have her granddaughter around her on her birthday.
Yes, Ann, where does time go to? My granddaughter is 25, or is it 26, next Sunday and we will be asked to go on Saturday so she can have all her friends around on Sunday, which includes her new boyfriend.
She wanted a mixer for her birthday and I found a good secondhand one (Braun) on Marktplaats (like Ebay) and Johan and I went by taxi to pick it up yesterday. It was more than an hour's drive but the weather was gorgeous.
I am afraid I haven't felt like doing ATC cards for a while, but will get down to them again soon.
Last Friday I was with the nurse who was trying to teach me how to insert a catheter into my bladder. I thought I was doing ok until I came home and have to do it myself. I could sit and cry sometimes.
They seem to think that the Radiation treatment I had after my first cancer op maybe damaged the bladder. Anyway the bladder doesn't work and therefore I have constant cystitis.
When I have got the hang of this business of emptying my bladder Johan and I are going away for a few days. I've picked a date when neither of us have hospital appointments.
Even though I don't always write I am thinking about you girls.

God evening to you all.
Hope you have all had a good weekend and that the weather has not been to bad.
The Baptism we went to yesterday was lovely and the meal afterwards was very good, will be eating there again very soon.
All the lambs are doing well including the orphaned ones , they go for a walk around the field with us as they are not too sure about the other sheep.
Cannot wait to see Kelly and Rémi tomorrow, will be interesting to see the changes after not seeing him since Christmas.
Catch up with you all soon

xx Jill

happy birthday Jill Have a great day

Sylvia, I hope you manage to work out how to use the catheter soon. It must be very lowering, not only the pain of cistitis but having to do something unpleasant to solve the problem. Thinking of you and hoping you feel better soon.

Morning everyone. Was on early this morning to wish you Happy Birthday Jill as I could not sleep!!

Sylvia sorry to hear that you are having trouble must admit I would be too. Have they suggested a bag instead? might in the long term be easier and less traumatic especially if the damage to your bladder is permanent. I know which option I would go for, but I know I would have terrible problems with the catheter!!
Your granddaughter should be so pleased with her mixer, I use my small Kenwood mixer so much!

Weather here OK but no where near as nice as yesterday!!

Have a good day all of you,
