i'm on 3 x 20mg citalopram daily and diazepam prn suffer from depression, anxiety and panic attacks can i join?

Sorry to hear so many of you are poorly. My daughter gave me her cold for my birthday!

Was doing quite well for myself until Tuesday when I heard my aunty had passed away. Its upset the lot of us, as she was the most communicative of Dads family.

oh, and i just found out, Christmas is 39 days away.

Morning all, it's a dreary day here, raining, grey skies, unfortunately I also have to work this pm.

Apparently we haven't got rid of the fleas, another round-up of sheets etc last evening because we found two more of the little wretches.

I'm still fighting sciatica so can't sit here too long.

I just left the tens machine at the setting the hospital had it at, it was ok on my knee, not on my thigh though.

Hope you get through 18th by remembering the good times, and the wedding to look forward to.

Vods, there should be settings on your tens to turn it down to a suitable level. If it makes your muscles tighten it is set too high. You need to get a level that is not uncomfortable but soothing.

PS My dad would have been 80 tomorrow (15 th) so feeling rough around the edges. We had a big party planned with people from all over the country. Life goes on and a wedding to look forward to.

Tried tens machine on my leg, and it left me writhing in agony. It caused my muscle to tighten. Can laugh at it now but not last night lol

HEY!!! I'm home. Arrived home about one this afternoon. Had a sleep in my lovely bed. Even invited the dog to lay with us. He was so excited to see us.

Mary it was great to actually meet you. I'll post photos when I get sorted. Didn't we have a great time. My husband and cousin and her husband all thought you so nice. They had fun meeting you. Clair had been telling people about meeting you!
Steve said he would like to go back and see more.

Hi Gail, sorry missed you off my list last night but hope today will get easier and the pain will lessen too. Doing the chickens must be sort of therapeutic I hope.
Miss having animals around me so much but not practical here to have a cat or dog and I know there is no room for chickens in this garden.

Forgot to mention, I would love a bourbon and coke right now, but avoid it when in overload as do not want to go down that path.

Evening. Have been delaying posting here today. Finally got my meds so hoping the pain slows a bit. Have been in the garden on and off today, mainly watering the plants and looking after chickens.

Pain levels are through the roof, so will hit the hard stuff tonight.

I have been reading through some of the threads on the board and at times there is so much pain I do not know how people manage.

Just quickly before we leave the hotel in about an hour. Hope you are all looking after one another! The new posters I'll get to know more when I get home.

It was a wonderful day yesterday. We went to Amish country. Horses pulling farm equipment amazing. Traditional dress for lots of people in the street and driving the black buggies pulled by horses.
I'll send a link to my photos to anyone interested when I get sorted. I believe my computer is fixed at home it was the power pack broken.

Fly to Chicago from Detriot, this morning and travel through the night to Manchester, so will be back in sunny ( I wish England) Thursday morning and my lovely bed by mid afternoon.

Caz, you never never moan, and this thread is to be able to get things out. I had so much inside before I started on here and it has made such a difference to be able to share. Not only my own stories but everyone that comes on here as well. I hope they get the fluid on the lung sorted and the pain at a level you can manage. I truly wish they would get some decent meds sorted for you soon.

My daughter put grandson on the phone today, (born in July) and he was blowing raspberries over the phone and making little Ohhh arrr noises, and a couple of giggles. It was just so wonderful. If they had the internet I would get one of those camera thingyies.

Manage to get my prescription today, but have to take it into the next town to get it filled tomorrow.

We had another funeral today, and I could not go to the cemetery this time as could not cope. But at least payed my respects. Someone I knew all my life and went to school with his children.

My dad would have been having his birthday this Saturday, it would have been his sisters as well. We are going to the cemetery then and will take roses from my garden.

I had a further 5 chickens hatch last night. Mum would not get up with the chickens, so I had to get them out and up and about, if you don't get them moving they will die. So have been having fun with new chicks today. Like any baby they grow so quickly. I am just glad that I get to pick good homes for them. And of course, they are the best egg layers.
