Hobbies and Crafts

Has anyone who has asked for the address of the photoblog had any trouble getting onto it. I have someone who tried only to be told there is no such blog. Do they have to do any more when they get into google blogs do you know?

I spent ages checking in to see Judes photos only to realise I was looking at the wrong blog!!!!! Duh.

Can anyone recommend a cutter/die that would cut through thin plastic i.e something that has been laminated.
i find some cutters are so difficult to use. You need a lot of strength to punch things out and they only seem to do thin card.

Fraid don't know as I've no experience of using one.
I keep looking at them in H........t but I really need to see trhem working.
They are expensive so would want to be sure I could make full use of it.

havent anything laminated else I would try for you

I have a cuttlebug which is great but not tried (or got) anything laminated to experiment with.

What does the big shot do??

Von..do you look at craft sites, like Docrafts etc, they have chat pages where you can ask questions and possibly get videos:o)
You might get simular by googling cuttlebug machine!!

Those craft sites are soooooooo addictive.

I spent several hours last night surfing them and certainly it looks as if the big shot might be the way to go.

Large hints will have to be dropped round about birthday time :0)))

2 photos from Caz on the photo blog

Trying to get things together for a week in the Lake District. At the moment I have three camera batteries charging. But I am sooo frustrated. A tripod, even when folded down is not a small thing you'd think. How come then I can't find mine anywhere, not in the cupboard it should be in, not in any cupboard, not in the garage. Disappeared into thin air Grrr. I shall have to make do with the monopod.
