I am trying to find relatives of my great-grandfather, John Arthur Chapman, who was born in Camberwell in 1884. He left London when he was about 16, and moved to Lancashire - apparently without telling his family where he was going. Consequently, we have never had any contact with any family on his side, and would like to find out more. His parents were John William Chapman (b 1858, Marylebone) and Annie Maria Corr (b 1859, Covent Garden), and he had 9 siblings:
William Chapman (1878), Charles Chapman (1879), Emma Chapman (1881), Emily Chapman (1887), Eliza Chapman (1889), Frederick George Chapman (1891), Rose Chapman (1896), Thomas Gregory Chapman (1899), Albert Victor Chapman (1901). They would have been my father's great aunts and uncles, and he would love to know more about them and their families.
