From the New Zealand ER 1853-1981 as shown on Ancestry.

In 1954, Herbert and Zilpha Kershaw are on the ER at 28 Yale St, Miramar, Wellington. He is a Fitter. By 1963, Herbert at the same address is listed as a fitter & turner.
Ditto for 1969, 1972, 1978
Herbert must have died by 1981 as Zilpha is now described as a widow and living at 98 Tah_ Street, Miramar.

In 1963 and based purely on the location of Miramar, a Zilpha BADGER is listed as a housewife at 116 Strathmere Ave, Miramar along with a John Riddin Badger who is a carpenter.
Ditto 1969, 1972, 1978 although John is a Contractor.
They are still there in 1981. Also listed is a Linda Badger who is a word processor.

Roy Kershaw is listed on the 1963 ER as living at 30 Totara Rd, Miramar. He is an Advertising Manager. There are no other Kershaws at that address.
He is still there in 1969 along with a Valerie who is married (to him?)
By 1972 they have moved to 4 Somerville Terrace, Tawa, Porirua, Wellington
1978 sees them at 140 Bramley Drive, Stnry (vowels missing) Pakuranga, Wellington. Both have the word Prop next to their names – proprietor?
