Have you made any inquiries to see if your contact details can be added to your siblings' adoption files? I have heard of people doing this before, and if this is possible, your info would be there should they access them.

Thank you for replying, I have used the Contact Register and I have searched member trees on Genes. Very confusing that I am Joanne and I have a birth sister Joanne and that I also have 2 brothers called Robert. The Robert I am looking for was born in 1949 not the one born in 1957 as he has been found. I have messaged the people who have 2 of my siblings in their trees but have had no reply....I had found a birth sister who wasn't adopted and many years ago she mentioned the 2 trees on genes but they weren't any direct family, sadly that sister passed away a few years ago....thank you for any tips or hints...I will keep searching.....

Welcome to the boards Joanne.
A few suggestions

1) Have you registered your interest on the Adoption Contact Register?
https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

2) Try 'Search All Member Trees' - top right under 'search'. If they are listed under their birth names, then send a message to the tree owner who may be a family member.

3) Find their birth entry on http://www.freebmd.org.uk/
Create a 'throw away' free email address and leave a "post'em" message on the site asking them to contact you.

Searching for birth sibling......Robert William George HART b 1949 Warwck, Warwickshire........Joanne HART b 1951 Nuneaton Warwickshire......Muriel HART b 1952 Mickleton, Gloucestershire....I am your birth sister...I have lots of information regarding your birth family....these details are birth details, adopted names not known. Birth parents no longer alive. Anyone with any information please get in touch. thank you. :-) :-) :-)
