I'm sorry, but the information given by Ann is freely available on sites such as Free BMD for anyone in the world to see. It should not be a shock for Clive or anyone else to find that their birth and marriage details are available on line. How can we find living relatives if we are unable to share the most basic information between us?

I don't know what information Ann posted but If you google..........Clive A N Daniel you will be able to scroll down and find this thread.

I suppose you must ask yourself if Clive would be happy to read personal information about himself posted on the WWW

Yes, Robert, this board is to find living relatives, but they are still entitled to privacy, which is why posting info about birth and marriage was considered inappropriate.

I'm a bit puzzled! The information that Ann gave about Clive is freely available to any researcher and therefore not particularly private. This thread is supposed to enable people to find LIVING relatives so obviously it will contain information about living people.......otherwise there is little point in Genes running it!
I mentioned Clive in the hope that a Genes member somewhere in the UK may know of him and pass on the fact that i would like to contact him. He does not show up on Facebook.

Ann I suggest you delete this information about Clive. I certainly wouldn't appreciate my personal information being posted on here and I'm sure you feel the same.

His wife as named above seems to have remarried, so won't nec' show up with him on electoral rolls assuming he is on there.

He doesnt have a tree on here so most probably isnt a member.
