The problem may lie in that quite often notifications go into Spam.
And many people do not check that very often, if at all, keep trying.

Hi,still trying to find my aunts, they are on Genes as Elizabeth and Morag Spittal or Paterson, they were registered in St George's square edinburgh under Elizabeth and mary spittal in 1943. I have messaged them through Genes but as their envelopes are still closed they don't know their family members are trying to get in touch. Any help would be really appreciated. I think they may now be called Fiona and Morag but not 100% sure. Thanku cc
