If he was born in Romford then there is only one likely birth in the time frame that you give. He has the middle initial E. and is born 1931. Possible marriage in 1950 in Romford. |

I am looking for a Norman Hewitt or Hewett that was possibly from Romford but spent some time in Scunthorpe .i have no precise date of birth but it may be between 1930-1945. I have a photo but am unable to attach it here |
