So, upon a payment to an agency if they were to find the name of the adopted person, if they agreed there might be the possibility of an exchange of details? |

Watching the tv programme linking long lost family, it gives the impression that one is able to find the name of an adopted relative provided one receives the help of a specialist intermediary in adoption. |
