Trying to find information on my Grandson Christopher Morris. His father is Phillip John Gain and I think his mother is Joanne Morris

Welcome to the Boards.

How old is your grandson please? If he is under the age of 18, then it would be irresponsible of us to give much assistance.

Did he stay with his mother or was he adopted? Have you tried tracing his mum?

If Phillip is your son, then I assume you know the location of the birth as a starting point? the name is very common.

Was Joanne unmarried at the time?

Assuming Christopher was born in the same county as his father, there is a 1995 birth reg in May. He may have been born earlier. Would that be the right one?
There is also another one in 1998, middle name starting D, again reg in May

Of course, if he was born somewhere else, the field is wide open

That takes us up to 2006 after which there are no more indexes on line

Perhaps when the OP returns she could say if the birth might have been in the same county as Phillip's if so there may be a birth which fits, and a subsequent marriage of a Joanne in the same location.
