This has probably been posted before, but worth repeating.

If you haven't already, add your name and hers to the Adoption Contact Register
https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

Should she do the same, then you should be 'matched up'.

Christopher it was asked before whether Jade may have been adopted by a stepfather.

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/living_relatives/thread/1361182

If there was an answer, I don't recall it.

Apparently that was not what happened.

So it has been absolutely 100% pointless for people to have been trying to help you find "Jade Marie Tudor", since that is plainly not her name now.

If you just want to leave this message out there on the net and not have people trying to help in the search, just say so! :-)

But please stop posting more threads. It's against the rules, it wastes people's time when they don't know what has already been searched for or suggested and they do it all over again. And this applies even if you delete earlier threads. (This isn't a 'bulletin board', it's a community help forum.)

What you have on the boards now will stay here and be indexed by google and so on. If you ask google for "jade marie tudor" it finds these threads. So if she does do an internet search for her birth name, she will immediately find you here. If she wants to contact you then, she will.

Yes, not the daughter; that was established in the other thread. That's why I said 'one or both' children; I had not investigated to see whether the other child might have a tree now.

But the son is the son (although probably not reachable through this site) and the former wife is the former wife.

And Christopher has made very little effort to acknowledge suggestions made to him or give feedback on any he has followed.

I remain sceptical about the wisdom (including my own in another thread) of assisting in a search for children who were estranged when very young, apparently, when we know nothing about the reasons.

Unfortunally that young lady isnt the right one.

JoonieCloonie Report 2 Dec 2016 01:30

the previous threads indicate that one or both children and their mother have trees at this site ... apparently Christopher tried contacting one child but no response.

At least we know that Christopher knows how to read his replies and reply to them ...

Christopher's former wife has him in her tree here (obviously without asking).

Her account is newer than mine, and mine dates from 3 years ago.

The fact remains that we don't know why parent and children are estranged.
There was a divorce, and if Christopher was given visiting rights ... or wasn't ...

It is ridiculous and very much against the rules to keep posting new threads about the same thing over and over.

In one of the previous threads

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/living_relatives/thread/1361182

I made a serious suggestion about a person who might be Jade.

No indication of interest from Christopher.

There were at least 2 other threads which you've since deleted.

Rather than start a new one, it's much better if you add to the ones you already have. That'll bring them to the top of the boards.

As much as we'd like to help you, if Jade doesn't want to be found, there's not a lot anyone can do.

Online birth death and more significantly marriage registration records aren't available after 2006. If she has married,- you never know - we won't know the surname she might currently use.

A thread you started earlier this year.
Did you follow up on any of the suggestions?
