Just googling Ashley Sear- you will see he's into amature radio and flight simulation.

There are quite a few posts in various forums for him in 2015- to access the members on the forums you have to register- but by doing so you may be able to contact him.

I've pm'd a little information- but by googling- 'Ashley Sear' flight- I think you might be able to contact him.

Assuming Ashley is Thomas Ashley, as malyon suggests, the home in Essex was last sold in Oct 2016.

Wil send to Maureen with the suggestion she writes to both the current occupiers and immediate neighbours to see if they know where the Sears moved to.
