Can see twins too in the same birth qtr reg farnworth reg district .again no indication as adopted . Maybe worth getting one of the certs

Well your mum is entitled to her records

Does she know who her adoption was organised through

She could also add a postem on freebmd against her birth record saying something like would like to be in touch with any family and giving an email address

Has she added herself to the National Adoption contact register on the GRO site

No my mother doesn't have her adoption records. Someone found them born in farnsworth

Can see the births in Newmarket 1959 but the certs don't indicate adopted

Have you got one of the certs to confirm the mums name etc


Has your mum got her adoption records for its info about re mum

They are older born in 1959. The twins apparently was adopted although on the certificate there's no proof of that.

Jacqueline is my mother she is wanting to find edith ( her birth mother) and any other children edith may of had. My mother's birth date was October 1962 either in Derbyshire or Lancashire. Thank you.

I'm not sure on a middle name. Clarke was her birth name is believe she went on to marry a Charles white. Jacqueline is her daughter. She had a twin boy and girl in june

Hi, I'm looking for my mother's birth mother. Her name was Edith white born around 1938 had connections in Lancashire and Derbyshire. It would mean the world to my mother and us all if we had any information at all about Edith. She also had twins in June 1959. Please help
