I am searching for a cousin, Margaret Whitey, possibly in the Surrey area.
Her mother Jean was born in Falkirk, Stirlingshire in 1904.
Margaret was born in 1936 and her maiden name was Anderson.
Margaret had a brother named Roger.

Neither of them show on the electoral rolls so may have opted out

Only the marriage shows up on FMP

Can't find deaths for either, nor obituaries or probate up to date.

Nor an obvious birth for William, so wonder if that is correct spelling of name?

Even if they'd opted out, there would still be a 'ghost' entry for 2002.

Might they have moved abroad, perhaps to a retirement area such as Spain or France, or even emmigrated further afield?
