WW1 soldier from Manchester

An Uncle named Fairburn Rayner born 1901 Served with the Manchester Regiment No. 85161... died 1920... we think in Mesopotamia... Did some of our troops go there after WW1 ended ? Does anyone know if a Death Certificate could be obtained. Thank You for any help Marje Squire

You can order a certificate, but it may just say 'missing in action, presumed dead' or something similar.
