I don't know if anyone can help. I have just received my grandads birth certificate. It says his mothers name was Mary Cox. His father was Henry Crisp b. 1851 suffolk - House Painter (have no problem with this side). My problem is Mary. |

Who is Mary's father on the marriage certificate? It should say whether Henry and/or Mary are single, widowed or whatever. |

I wouldn't dismiss anything. I have seen the Hennessey and Arkinstall before and could not tie anything in. |
