Trying to find information about the parents of Joseph Heyes 1833 born in horwich. On his marriage certificate his father is listed as Tatlow Heyes, a weaver, yet i cannot find any ref to him at all, can anyone help?

i've actually been to 'Ormrod street' today where Joseph was a lodger, houses were owned by the foundry owner i believe, sadly all of the street is now pulled down accept two houses, there are piles of broken bricks etc where they once stood, felt very close to my ancestor, thank you all so much x
