I think that you had better buy some credits and check out the 1911 census.

When you add a birth place of 'Plymouth" to the findings that June has given you the only result is for father George plus children Annie & George.

You need to find out where the other children were born (O.S. or U.K.)
Then we may be able to find records for them.

Many thanks to everyone for helping me find a lot of my Family. I understand through ignorance I have been using the site incorrectly. My apologies to all who suffered from my clicking in the wrong places. Its taken me ages with the help of a friend to get back here to even get this sent.

Update: Ida Chown should have been written: Ida Chown KENT.
Missing boys. Should be UK. but maybe need to consider Guernsey (Mothers Family) .

You really need to take a look at the 1911 census as was suggested.

Apart from George and Annie, the other children don't appear to be born in the UK.

It will also tell you how many children were born.

I put Ireland in for place of birth and only Rose 1892 appears to be born there.

Well that left me in shock!
Annie has herself as married for 6 years but still carrying her maiden name of KENT.
My Mother was born to her in 1905 by Reginald CRYER. the Census records NO children to her. Where was my mother?

Jack KENT both crossed out so assume parents gave names in order of birth... guessing Ireland again as followed by
Rose KENT Lowerstrand? Co. Cork Ireland.
Charlie KENT Kinsale, Co. Cork Ireland.
Ida KENT Ballally, Co. Cork Ireland.
Sam KENT Ballally, Co. Cork Ireland.
9 children born. 1 had died. no name given.
At least I now have all the children even if i have come across some strange goings on! Thank you for your help.

You are not doing anything wrong, just testing things out as we all need to do.

So some of the Kent children appear to have been born in Ireland, but not the youngest ones? i.e. Annie Maud Harris Kent 1882 and George Kent 1886. We aren't sure about Jack and Harry, or the one child who died.

But I now assume your grandmother is Annie Kent, supposedly married for 6 years in 1911 to Reginald Cryer Johnson, and your mother born in 1905, but neither Reginald nor your mother are shown in 1911.

What was your mother's name?
