Hello,
There are quite a lot of people researching the Lark family tree at the moment but all of us have failed to track down what happened to Frederick or Fred Lark born on 29/03/1863 in Wickford, Essex.
Some suggested he married Martha Illett and moved to India where he had 5 children and then moved back to London before 1911, when he died. But, this marriage suggested that Frederick's father was Robert Lark, but infact his father was James Lark.
Can anyone help with what happened to Frederick Lark?

there aren't any birth's for a fred laith so possibly could be him

So if he was living in Barnet then could he have married there?

I cant see a marriage but I think the death I found may well be him as Barnet is not that far from West Ham ?

there is a marriage in 1892 to alice haughton but he still may have died afterwards ?

In the 1881 census there's a Louisa Lark aged 15 from Wickford Essex in the household above the one Frederick is in... Oh yes I see it's his younger sister.

The Fred Laith certainly looks like it could be him, the birthplace could well be Wickford as there doesn't appear to be a Withford in Essex?

The Louisa is his older sister

Dont think he joined the army as he was born in Wickford or Billericay

I think the Fred born Colchester is not your Fred.
