Peace Surname.. Trying to find out any information if you have Peace's in Yorkshire. In particular, Briestfield/Thornhill areas. Any information is appreciated. I have got back to George Peace, 1796/97 Briestfield, Yorks. Claire

Hi Claire, My mother's name was Rita Ivy Peace and she was born in 1937 in Walsall. I am trying to trace her siblings but it would now be the second generation. I don't think they would have moved to Yorkshire but you never know, Peace not a very common name.
