living Briton Ferry in 1874
father could be George Steel but the reports are a little vague...I have found the death in Neath 1876 age 17 years for Charles Henry Steel but can find NO birth..The body of Charles Steel was not found so that would give the delayed Death Entry from 1874 to 1876

It must have been a triple drowing in Swansea Bay..searching for details of parents then looking for the inquest..Do you know of Cambrian Index which is a Swansea Newspaper which has been indexed and on line, but unfortunately I cannot enter the web site of the Cambrian Index from Australia..
