	Natasha, this thread is over four years old. But I do wonder if Steve evr got the info. he was seeking ... and if he acknowledged the help he got.

It's amazing how many people don't think to state all they know. He probably does know when they married as he says that in his 2nd post on page 1, so if thats the case all he had to ask for was a lookup of the marriage to find her maiden name. Christine

	I sent a private message to Steve asking if he would kindly come back to this thread and answer some questions so we can carry on trying to help him. I even sent the link to copy n paste that would bring him back here. Heres his reply.... 'Hi gerri whats the question . Albert Aubrey page born 13 april 1911 steve' I give up!!!! I spent 2 whole evenings looking for that and he knew it all the time!!!! It makes me wonder if he also knows when/where they were married too! Why do people ask for help? An angry Gerri

	Ozy I just had a thought!..... If thats her husbands death in 1990...his birth was 13th April 1911...so her birth year MUST be right? Steve also said that she had an Uncle that fought in the trenches....this tells me WW1.... ...So I think she must have won her award for something in WW2

	That looks like it! I searched from 1931 through to and including 1937. There were NO Page births in 'Coalville' So my guess is...it's Mabel Holland?

	Something to ponder over? I was looking for 'Page' births from 1932 onwards...either Ashby Z or Coalville....... Found this.. Derick Page 1932 quarter 3 Asby Z. 7a 187 MMN 'Holland' I then looked for a birth of Mabel Holland 1914 Q1.(nothing on Q4 1913) Mabel A. Holland 1914 Q1 Newcastle T. 10b 322 MMN 'Braithwaite' What do you think? will look some more a little while longer...... Gerri x

	Steve What year (roughly) was her eldest child born? and do you know his/her name? Do you know ANY names of her children? If we find a birth for any of her children,you can buy the birth cert and that will tell you her maiden name (name before marriage) Gerri
