I'm going through the untranscribed BMD records on Find My Past.

WayneTracey

WayneTracey Report 16 Apr 2008 16:13

I've searched from 1937 to 1939 and i have not come accross a John Ailey yet?

The only Ailey birth in that timeframe was Barry & Terrence, Gilbert's sons.

I have looked on Ancestry to no avail.
I don't know how to look on freeBMD.
Can't work it out.

Yes knew about that one.

Thank you.

Want to know more about George William Ailey 1902.

Maud Biddy had a brother George William Chignell.

I know there were 12 surviving children and my mum says that they used to sleep top and tail 6 in a bed. Boys in one girls in the other in the same room.
