Good Evening :)

Im trying to locate the parents of William Marsden born 1838 Preston Lancashire.
He died in September 1875 in Fulham & was married to Mary Moran.
Occupation was Labourer in 1871, He and Mary had the following children:
Alice Marsden 1860 & Maria Marsden 1869

Do these names ring any bells or mean anything to anyone, Im really struggling !?

Hi Vera
Dont mean to sound dim - But were Betsy & Will Marsden the parents of William aged 4 on the census ? Were all the others brothers & Sisters ?

Hi Joanne,
Unfortunately on the 1841 census they do not give relationships......they do seem rather on the older side to have a four year old.

Just been on Familysearch (IGI)....in 1837 there is a christening for a William Marsden mother Betty( Betsy) father William Marsden Edgworth Lancashire.
You don't sound dim at all !!!
