I have ordered the second marriage cert for William Henry senior so if the father ties in that should hopefully confirm that baptism record.

Thanks so much for your help LFW, have to go now but will have another look later on for more information, but I am at lot further now then I was before. The first wife Jane died in 1858 in Marylebone, so the usual story he moved another woman in quite quickly afterwards.

Thank you LFW, hhmm I can see what you mean from a business clerk to a bricklayers labourer is a bit of a puzzle. LOL why couldn't he follow in his fathers footsteps of being a painter/decorator like the other son did, that's what helped me to trace him!
