It is the Lord Family I am researching and the Louisa connection is as a result of pursuing William who was the son of Richard b/1817 in Rochdale and Mary Ann Bennett b/1815 d/1862 Rochdale the married in 1837 Rochdale. What else can I tell you to sort out this mix up

I will try to post the information I promised.

I have to say though Pete that I have tried to work your line back from Ethel with the details you gave me and have not made a connection to either of the Louisa's yet!!

What I suggest is that I give you the details as to why the Louisa is not the correct one.

If that is all acceptable, we can put it aside for now and work backwards from the beginning from your Ethel born 1934?

We can then make sure that we have the correct people and build it up from there.

I will need to add this in several posts as it is too big for one message - please bear with me while I add it all.

This was to me CONFIRMATION that the Louisa who married Alfred Donkersley was almost certainly the daughter of
William and Avis c 1869 and NOT the daughter of William + Maria c 1866!!
