Find Ancestors

I have the 1881 & 1891 census for the Mason family which has father Joseph Mason 1843 with wife Frances 1848 and children
John 1866
George 1868
William 1871 + others

There is a marriage in FreeBMD for Joseph in 1865 but no wife. If it is Frances she would only be 16/17.

Does the 1871 census shed any light on this please?

I have just looked hard at the FreeBMD image for Joseph's marriage and although it is transcribed Dec Qtr 1865 Stamford 7a 660 it looks to me as though the final 0 has a tail, i.e. 9. Unfortunately nothing comes up for 7a 669!
Has anybody any other source of marriage look up please?

Thanks LD, that matches them nicely. This would seem to confirm that Frances was the wife in 1865 but what is her maiden name??
