Manged to find the above out of the ones listed. Earliest Dumbrell marriage I have is 1547 but couldn't find the others.

Thank you for your kind offer. My great great grand parents marriage is a mystery to me. Francis Edward (sometimes Edward Francis) Mitchell married Mary Margaret Jupp sometime between their first child which was base born in 1827 and the next child in 1833. Francis was from Horsham and Mary from Slaugham but I don't think they were married there

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

Thanks very much for your help. I found the John & Mary marriage too but unfortunately ruled them out as they are on later census's and so are Francis and Mary

Hi Giz and thanks for the look up offer. I'm trying to find a marriage for Thomas Field (1791 to 1859) to a Sarah (1796-1874). I know that they had a son Charles Field in February 1817, Icklesham, Sussex.

Hi,

I don't know whether you are still able to help, but I'm looking for marriages, probably in the Lewes area for the Hillman Family, especially -

Thomas Hillman to Sarah, I know they had children in the 1790's.

And marriages of their sons, Luke and Stephen.
