i got his birth date from death cert and also from my grandfather when he was a live my dad was victor fredrick kuhl my grandfather (who i am trying to find birth cert for was victor ellis kuhl

well we have found the marriage,you need to by his marriage cert to find where he came from
this will give both fathers names and the age when married,
