I thought i had all my grandparents children. until i opened the 1911 census.
Frederick (Shadrack) Pitt. and Ann Edwards. my grandparents.
Had two children.
Daisy Christina Pitt (Born worcester 1893
Rosal thurzai Pitt (born worcester 1903
But in the 1911 it shows it they had four children in total.
How do i find the missing two?

could the other children be staying with someone else when the census was taken

i had this problem with my grandfathers brothers child
only found out he had her (grandaughter) as she was at grandads when census taken

are you sure he married ann edwards as i can find no ref of them but there is this one that suits the names on the 1901 census

("Rosal"? really?)

But the 1911 census shows they had a total of four children.

(I can't find Daisy Christina or Rosal Thurzai on the 1911.)

Is this because they had two children who died in infancy? The 1911 gives the total number of children born to a couple, including any not still living, I believe.

You would have to try to find Pitt births after your grandparents' marriage that match up with deaths pre-1911 to see whether that is the case.

but still can not find the other two

It would be good if you would post the 1911 census details to include how many years they had been married and then confirm that they have had 4 children of which two had died.

It certainly looks like a twin registration. I am a twin and Ihave twins. All our registration volumes and pages match with each other. So I would say yes, this is Rosalie Thurza's twin sister.

IF the 1911 is to be believed and there were 4 children born and still alive, where is Nellie Elizabeth in 1911?

I cannot see Nellie in 1911 either.

The only Pitt born 1893 to 1911 in Worcester not living with parents appears to be this one (who I cannot see in 1901, unfortunately)

This is probably not a child to family as have probably found her with some parents as Ada A in 1901.

Have you got marriage and death certificates of family in case one of the 'missing' children appears on them as informant/witness (or even a will?)
