Angel, yes it looks as if Annie married later in life. She would've been about 43.

I can't find hide nor hair of them in 1901. Still searching.

Ozi.

UPDATE:
Sorry, Angel. I'm trying to find John C Baker in 1901. 1861 came up and that looks like him with his parents. If this is his family, his father is Irish, mother born Carlisle & sister, Catherine, born Scotland. Patrick is a labourer & Chelsea pensioner which means he was in the army which explains Catherine's birth. All other children born Carlisle.

There's a good chance Sarah is his 2nd wife. There's quite a gap between Catherine & the next child.

I am putting these details on paper as I am getting them, and gee you should see this piece of paper, scribbles and lines everywhere!
My side of the family was a doddle but I have to admit, this is what its all about I suppose
Thank you all again for your patience with this

If it was me, Angel, I would copy & paste the whole thread. Then you can sort it out in chronological order at your leisure.

William Baker is still at Maryport Cottages in 1901 but John C & family are not there. Possibly already in Newcastle.

Sorry, still here.
Cant copy and paste so was taking notes, trying to put things in order.
Thought I was the only one up but should have guessed by your name you would be to! Just made OH some supper so an excuse to stay and play longer!
I am hoping to get this sorted asap so i can give a nearly complete tree to the mother in law this weekend, (she thinks I am perfect so why spoil it).

I cant thank you enough for your help, I have managed to climb over some brick walls in the past but this was way to high for me
