Find Ancestors

My mother was a war bride and immigrated to Canada over 60 years ago. She lost touch with her brother Raymond Innes and has aways wondered about him. He would have been born in 1930 and had two childern I believe their names are Linda and Raymond. I tried searching the family tries on here but am at a loss as to how to trace these people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know that his full name is Raymond Watson Innes and he was born in 1930. My mum was born in Aberdeen Scotland and I believe he was to. He was married and had two children and when his wife passed away he moved to London or somewhere near there. That is about all I know. Thanks

Thank you so much. Unfortunately all I know about them is their names. I do not know their years of birth or where they were born accept somewhere in Scotland I believe then they moved to England when they were quite young.

you have to match Linda and Raymond born same place and not too far apart in years,then we look for them on the electoral roll
but first find out how old they are.

If they moved to England, he is possibly still alive as I can not find a death which matches.

192.com shows a few possibilities for him and his son but it is 'pay to view' so I can't see the details.

Perhaps someone with access to this could help?

hmmmm I am not sure of their ages but if my uncle was born in 1930 then it makes sense that his children would have been born probably in the 1950's. I know that his wife died in childbirth and after that he moved to somewhere near London. That is the last known place that he was.

Ok I was mistaken about their place of birth. I just spoke to my mum and she tells me that both children were born in Newcastle England. I guess I assumed they were born in Scotland but I was wrong and they would have been born in the fities just a few years apart. Sorry for the confusion.
