LAC doesn't have records indexed by passenger, just by ship, but with Jim's info, we can search at:
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/passenger/001045-100.01-e.php
and get the following hit:
Item Display
View Image
Ship: BAVARIAN
Departure Port and Date (yyyy/mm/dd):
Liverpool, England - 1905-03-30
Moville, Ireland - 1905-03-30
Port and Date of Arrival:
Halifax, N.S. -
Saint John, N.B. - 1905-04-08
Remarks: Date of arrival could apply to either port
Reference: RG 76
Microfilm: T-499

We actually need image 26 (of 37), specifically:
http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/e/e148/e003696532.jpg
The record shows TWH is a blacksmith, and they're off to Oakville ON. They also seem to have a servant, Lilly? Broughton, a=17?

I couldn't find them in 1911 at:
http://automatedgenealogy.com/census/index.html
However, with Jim's info, we can search geographically at:
http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/databases/census-1911/001003-100.01-e.php
and find the record we need:
http://data2.collectionscanada.gc.ca/1911/pdf/e002039613.pdf

Once we've seen the original record, we can see how AG transcribed them:
1911 Census of Canada

George is now a gas maker, working for the gas company like his dad (when they can get the work). William is a tanner, and Nellie is an operator at the candy factory.
