Margaret, have you come across freebmd site? freebmd.org.uk
On this you can search for births, marriages and deaths from 1837 till about 1935. It's very simple to use, have a go! That's where folks on here get their info mainly.

I have a sneaky suspicion that the Hereford Waldrons are not right.

Henry is an accountant at the time of marriage and mariner does not sit right.
Still cannot find him 1891 though.

Thank you all for all your help, I thought i posted a message to say getting help on both boards now but dont see it??
I'm swirling in a mass of info now -
Can one go into libraries in the UK and look on microfiche to find deaths recorded in the newspapers from long ago as we can in NZ please?
Last night while looking on the free bdm i came across a marriage for Florence G Waldron to a Silas Binner 1926, that would make her abt 37 getting married? Is that an unusual name in UK?
What I'm hoping for is to find some descendants to have a chat with!

Go to search trees at the top of this page on the dark green bar. Type Parick Waldron into the search box. Two people have him in their tree.
