Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 159 Send Message	I have found a few family trees with an Elsie English born 9 Sep 1905 in New Tredegar, Monmouthshire, Wales Obviously it is somebody else's tree and i can't be certain.. but it is in Wales!!

	Swansea is about forty miles away from Cardiff so wrong again!!!!

Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 159 Send Message	From what I have been told, Elsie English was born c1905, so she would have been roughly 6 years old in 1911.. I think she was probably born in Wales too, somewhere.. My geography is fairly bad!

I'm not really too sure of who he was as he is my partner's great grandfather and his grandfather died a few years ago so I can't find anymore facts out. I do know that he went on to marry a woman named Elsie English and they had 6 children. I really appreciate the help as you have given me a starting point.. Thanks again!
