If you can get the names and approximate years of birth for the half siblings, that may lead you to probably Kenneth's mother. You would then have her maiden surname and can look for Kenneth's birth. If there is no father named on Kenneth's birth certificate then you may never know who his father was. If you can get his mother's maiden name, it may be that she had siblings whose children may have some information.

It is also possible that some of the half siblings would be able to help you.

Sorry, not paying proper attention, if born June, birth could have been registered in april-june or july-september. If parents not married want same name registration. This gives:

found out his really parents were not marry and the father may have been a dr not sure if that right but they were not marrythank you

This looks like the marriage of the parents of the last Kenneth on the list but I don't see deaths for them (in that area) prior to 1930.

Assuming that Kenneth was born in Pontypridd and that his registered name was Kenneth (i would think he was only given the middle name Levi after his adoption) then there are these possibilities.

But, of course he may not have been born in that area and he may not have been illegitmate - he may indeed have been an orphan.

i dont know his name and he wont say the orphanage would no longer be around and all the records would not be around do idea where to go now

So that changes things as now kenneth wasnt born a Brooks if he was adopted

i could not get birth certficate but i found out that kenneth levi brooks was adopted from ponypridd orphanage went he was a baby blance and levi brooks from ponypridd adopted him from a baby then they move to crumbran wales levi brooks had a brother theo that all i know dad wont talk about it but i would like to know thank you kenneth was born in 1924

You need to get you father's birth certificate (If he doesn't have it).

There is this marriage Brooks / Jenkins marriage in the correct area but the first names don't tie in. Perhaps you Dad wasn't brought up by his parents but by other family members - just thinking this may be a possibility as he was an only child and there doesn't appear to be a Levi Brooks marriage to a Blanche.

When you get the birth certificate, can you come back to the thread please and let us know as I am sure that I am not the only one now curious to unravel this bit of a mystery!

yes kenneth levi is my dad he 85 and all he thinks is is dad levi and he said his mum was blance he cant remermer much now but its look like levi had sisters so somewhere i have auntys thank you to all who help thank you for find ing my familys
yes my dad was born in 1924 in ponypridd he live there till he went to war then move to cardiff after the war ended to all thank you

I was looking at this one in the early hours of this morning thinking I had found something but realised it was wrong so deleted it.
Is kenneth your dad? Like the others have said I think his birth cert is needed for this one to determine who his mother was.

This is interesting from the 1911 census a Levi and Blanche looks like brother and sister. Are you absolutely sure that Kenneths mother was Blanche? Do you have a birth certificate for Kenneth?
