How did you find this,I am thrilled to bits as when I have looked I have only ever found Margaret O'Sullivan and no clue that she was married.
I wonder why they left him with Foster/adopted parents?

I can go back to my tree now and add this information. So now I have to try to find out what happend to Margaret and William senior.

Thanks again and if anyone has any suggestions I would be most greatful to read them....just one other question is Ignatious Road in Dublin or in Finglas?

Good morning Patrick and evryone else who has helped.
I knew that the name Glasnevin should mean something and low and behold at about 03.00hrs I woke thinking "you silly woman Glasnevein is where you took your fathers, ashes to be interred"! I have a photo of his name engraved on a stone in the area where those who have been cremated are.
No I haven't tried finding them on the 1911 UK census so I guess that will have to be my next move.
As for the two Farady families in Ireland that you mention I will try to find them. Can you recall where the two people were in the Irish 1911 census?

I am away this weekend celebrating birthdays with my sister so will pick up emails etc but will not have time to do research as we are preparing and having a BIG celebration. Younger sister 60 on Saturday and I will be 64 on same day...

Just one other point do you know how I can trace Irish adoptions?

Recently I left a message on Ancestry re William Fardy and was informed that most Faradys were in Wicklow. I wonder now if anyone can look at Wicklow records to see if their are any William Farady's around 1850 t0 1912. Also any Margaret O'Sullivans

There is a William Fardy ((50) in Wexford, wife Margaret.

many thanks for your message and I shall most definetley look at the census for 1901 sometime today. Of course I will let you know the outcome.

I have looked at the roots site before but not for Wicklow. another useful point I have learnt is that a number of the Farady families from Wicklow used to go to Wales, so may find something there as well.

I am reviewing my tree and once more my dear father William Farady has not moved on in my tree. The last person to add was Kay who was spot on with Williams parents as we're others but. How do I find the marriage of William Farady and his wife Margaret Farady nee O'Sullivan.

I married a Sullivan...wouldn't it be strange if ther are related to Margaret?
