I think Serena means that Elizabeth Banks (nee Beard) is the wife of this William (he was a widow in this census).

I can't find a marriage of the daughter Elizabeth E. to a Marchand (but they may not have actually married).

The 'Alexander Albert Victor Isidore Marchand' Kath mentions was married to 'Elizabeth Emma' - Did your Elizabeth have the middle name Emma?

This is request is not clearly laid out so it is very difficult if not impossible to work out what you want.

Elizabeth Beard born somewhere between 1811 and 1881

married unknown Banks

daughter Elizabeth Banks
may have married unknown Marchand

Is the son unknown Marchand or Banks and son of which Elizabeth? c1888

Grandfather William Banks husband or father inlaw of Elizabeth Beard?
And who does Laura belong too?

This looks like the 3 year old's birth:-

Name: Victor William I Marchand
Year of Registration: 1888
Quarter of Registration: Apr-May-Jun
District: Lambeth
County: Greater London, London, Surrey
Volume: 1d
Page: 5_9

The certificate would have his parent's full names on it.

At a guess this could be the father's birth (though you would need confirmation of this):-

Name: Alexander Albert Victor Isidore Marchand
Year of Registration: 1863
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Marylebone (1837-1901)
County: London, Middlesex
Volume: 1a
Page: 438
