Could someone please see if they can find Elizabeth Humpston in 1891. She was born in Hanbury Staffordshire c1850.

It looks like her husband William died in 1887 in Derby. I've tried but I cannot find her in 1891.

It would seem that Elizabeths maiden name was Warren, not too sure what the connection is.

The address Sacheveral Street isn't too far from where Marys mum was living in 1881.

Yes I believe it is.

Elizabeth Allsopp was the sister of my 2x gt grandmother Mary. I'm struggling to find what became of Mary. She had an illegitimate daughter in 1874 and her little girl was brought up by Marys mother. I was hoping I might have found Mary with her sister Elizabeth at some point

In 1881 Elizabeth was living in Rivett Street Derby, next door to her mum and step-father John Hudson.

I am in the process of checking Rivett Street in 1891 now.

There are several marriages for Mary Allsopp between 1874 and 1881 in Derby so maybe she married.

There is an Elizabeth who is a widow living at 19 Rivett Street Derby but I cannot make her surname out.

If you search for Ann Hudson c 1820 Hanbury with spouse John living in Derby you will find an Elizabeth listed after Annie Elizabeth.

Would you mind having a look for me please.

I've been trawling the census using possible spouse names but not come up with right age/place of birth.

I may well have to visit the register office and specify Marys fathers name and hope I'm lucky.

Looks like Elizabeth Armstrong to me. She's born in St Helens. I don't think she's yours.
