If Emma King was married 1861 she couldn't have been born 1862.

Some mistranscribing perhaps.

How have you got back to Moses born 1876, do you have his marriage cert?

Are you descended from one of his children?


This looks like Moses and Emma in 1871.

I think you'll find you have the wrong Moses Hale. There are 2 with a wife called Emma.

Emma, with Moses born 1831, was too old to be having children in 1876.

So you aren't descended from Moses born 1876.

The Moses born in 1831 already had some children in 1861 as posted earlier in the thread so this is more likely to be his marriage.
