I am trying to find the record of my great grandfathers death Ernest George Vivyan please.

This information is not for the person I am looking for. The Ernest George Vivyan I want info on was born in Devon (I think) in 1879 but I was told he died before my father was born in 1925 but cannot find any record of this. He was married to Emily Alice Baxter at some point

that ref is in fact the marriage but the spouse isnt listed

Maybe Ernest George has been entered under 2 different surnames ( perhaps his father had a different name)

Ernest married Ellen Mary Gregory.

Yes definitely, but where did he go from there?

NO this was my fathers grandfather

well theres no death coming up for him checked the CWGC site too in case he was a WW1 casualty . nothing found.Maybe he didnt die but left the family .
