Yeah modern ones do.... sadly thats not the same for older wills!! Firstly you cannot read them for the writing is so bad, and secondly they speak in double dutch lol, clarity of modern wills is amazing...

How very true..... Juat looking to see if the Belvedere Public House, Linden Grove, Nunhead is still standing or in operation. Could of been sold of to a bigger chain or demolished
