Find Ancestors

Hi, I am still on the trail of Henry Bevan, I have certs on there way but would like to find the family in earlier census I have 1881/91/1901/and 1911. Can anyone find them in 1861/71 please. I will post the 1881 census for ref, thanks to all for your help

when did Mary and Henry marry?

hi, I cant seem to find the marriage of Henry and Mary. if the census you have posted are mine then they must have married between 1861 and 1861. The ones I have found on BMD seem to be in Wales. I don't have the 1891 census here is the 1901 census.

that 1901 census says Mary was born in Ashby de la Zouche, Leicesterhsire


if that is your Henry, he was born in Marstow, Hereford


and William was apparently born in Birmingham




they liked to move around didn't they?!

I am not convinced that the census details match up to all the criteria.. They were suggestions

You say you have them 1911. Please could you post that as I am not seeing anything obvious.

I cannot see 1891 that makes sense as yet. 1871 with Mary born Brecknock shire does not feel right. It is a long way from Leicestershire but is only Henry born Herefordshire in that time frame.

This is the only result for mary 1891 but does not look right.
