Hi Julie got back to her from so information i was send about the Wheeler family Jack Wheeeler was married to my grandmother sister Gladys Dix this information also said that Jack Wheeler right name was Harold John Wheeler and that he is Alice Hicks and John James Wheeler son but that in Aston Tirrold he was known as Jack Wheeler. I agree with MarieCeleste - as I said before, get one of the children's birth certs to confirm Alice's maiden name and then get the marriage cert to confirm her father's name - it is very easy to follow the wrong line if you don't get certs, done it myself! |
