I still can't seem to find William Mills parents though. I did find a James Mills a Farmer with wife Martha I think but perhaps his second name was James, I don't know. Seems funny too that we can find all Baptisms, or most of their children, but not William's.

I was only going on the fact that my 3x gt grndad was base born and his middle name was Whybrew and his first name George and there was a George Whybrew in the village with my 3 x gt gran. He married someone else!

I wonder where Frank is?

The witnesses are William Withy who signed his name and Virtue Withy who made her mark. Virtue was probably Mary's mother which is why you get the two names in the children.

Mary Ann also made her mark X but William Mills signed his name.

William is down as a Wheelright which would have been a Cartman.
