Do you mean two sisters married two brothers?

That Beatrice married Robert J[ohn] Risebury, younger brother of Thomas Edward Risebury?

So you can't tell which Risebury children with a Hedley mother in the FreeBMD belong to which of the two couples.

I would say a team effort all round.

I would still be inclined to purchase a birth cert for one of the older children and one of the youngest just to check that they are the same mother.

It's just the wrong age at death that makes me uncertain.

Funny thing is Thomas Risebury's wife MarthaHedley , her sister Beatrice Hedley married the Robert J Risebury/Rasberry family( 1907 IN GOOLE, REF vOL 9C Pg 1082), how strange, two surnames and both from Goole????

Bit late, but apparently Wells, Norfolk, is a sub district of Walsingham.

Yes, the odds are that the first Thomas died so they named the next son the same name.

I think the Dec 1882 birth I posted above and have repeated here is more likely - though he may well have been a sib of the Thomas who died Jun qtr 1882.
