You have found annies family for sure, that was my nans mums side and I have been searching gr and im sure its correct.

Any certificates etc. i get, I will post up on this thread too !

Original note I added to my nans family tree says she told me it was her aunt or great aunt that was in Russia at time of revolution so its someone over there in around 1917 ? certainly exciting searching for her !

If it was your Nan's great aunt who died in the Russian revolution then she must have been quite old? or am I getting a bit lost here? Just working on the assumption that she ( the gt aunt) was either married to someone there or working....

you will really need to find all the female siblings of nellie's grandparents first and then work through them to see who they married or whether they had an occupation that might have taken them to Russia?
