Could someone check the 1871 image?
it looks like Margaret Kimmer /Rimmer is down as daughter to head and Mary Rimmer down as grand daughter...strange? and Margaret's occupation is down as assist's to mother

Looks like rimmer to me. So maybe brother and sister married into the rimmer family??

Looking at Lancs opc there are many Rimmer/Johnson marriages in ST Cuthberts in North Meols dating back to the 1500s!!

They don`t have William Johnson to Jane Rimmer in 1880, but i should think there is a good chance they were related as the census entries being put up are showing.....

Just a few of them over the early 1800s....

Yes It is and no I hadnt thank you!!! That helps me to work out which of the Iddons it is in the 1861 census!

It's a suprise, I was leaning towards the other one of the two!
